The folding is a key part of the steering and folding system on a Dualtron scooter. The folding allows for free steering on both sides but also serves as a fixation for the steering column. It is therefore crucial to have a folding in good condition and not twisted.

Dualtron folding installation
Installing the Dualtron folding is not easy. Once the steering column has been removed by unscrewing the transverse screw, you must first unscrew the toothed ring. To do this we recommend using a Dualtron ring spanner and heating the ring with a heat gun for several minutes. To loosen the ring, you must first melt the threadlocker. Once the notched ring is unscrewed, you just have to unscrew the M10 screw under the fork that holds the folding. All that's left to do is remove and replace it.
