For any scooter purchased on our website E-watts.fr or in shop you get a 2 year warranty on parts and labor (1 year for the battery).
In case of breakdown or question, please contact us by mail or phone.
The warranty covers all unprovoked failures of the scooter, electronic components, battery or motors.
Oxidation of your product is not covered by the warranty, we strongly advise against riding in the rain.
Any modification of your scooter will void the warranty (e.g. sealing, controller modification, installation of a clamping system, etc.)
Breakage or damage to consumables (e.g. punctures, tyre wear, brake pad wear) is not covered by the warranty.
Provided that your scooter is taken over under guarantee, all transport and repair costs will be covered by our service.
This includes the cost of shipping to our premises, repairs and the cost of returning your scooter.
Please remember to keep your original cardboard box and the various cushioning blocks.
These are necessary for the guarantee of your scooter but also for its integrity during transport.
We work exclusively with the UPS carrier. When we pick up your scooter under warranty, we will contact you to set up a time slot for our carrier to pick up your scooter at the location of your choice.
