The shipping costs for your items are calculated at checkout based on their weight.

This includes the processing, the careful packaging that we provide for all your orders and the delivery charges set by the chosen carrier.

Shipping of orders

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

For all orders placed on our website before 3.30pm via La Poste (Colissimo and Lettre suivie) your order will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

For all orders placed after 3:30 pm via the carrier La Poste (Colissimo and Lettre suivie) your order will be shipped the next day.

For all orders placed before 6pm via the Mondial Relay carrier, your order will be shipped the same day.

For all orders placed after 6pm via the Mondial Relay carrier, your order will be dispatched the following day.

For all orders placed before 4pm via the Chronopost carrier, your order will be shipped the same day.

For all orders placed after 4pm via the Chronopost carrier, your order will be dispatched the following day.

For all orders placed before 12:00 noon via UPS, your order will be shipped the same day.

For all orders placed after 12:00 noon via UPS, your order will be shipped the next day.

Picking up orders in shop

At the checkout you can choose to pick up your order in shop, which will be available as soon as you receive the confirmation email that your order has been processed.

For any order lost and noted as undelivered we will assume full refund or reshipment of the order regardless of the delivery method chosen.

En cas de commande notée livrée par le transporteur mais non reçue:

If you have selected Colissimo signature, Colissimo point relais, Chronopost, Chrono relais or UPS standard delivery, we will take full responsibility for the loss of the order by offering you a reshipment or a refund.

If you have selected a delivery Colissimo without signature or Letter followed, the delivery being without signature the stamp of the post office makes proof. In case of non-delivery you will have to contact the post office directly via their SAV: 3631

In case of an order delivered with torn or damaged packaging:

When a delivery is made against a signature or in a relay point and you notice that the parcel is open, damaged or torn, we invite you to refuse it. If you accept the parcel anyway, the validation of its delivery will not allow you to make any claim to the carrier. In the event of damage to a product, missing or broken product, no claim or refund can be made.

In case of missing product without damage to the packaging

If you notice that a product in your order is missing and your packaging has not been damaged, you can contact us at support@e-watts.fr
